Exchange and Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If there’s anything less than perfect, we’re happy to exchange the product. You can return the item to us within 7 days of receiving your order, no questions asked. We also offer a 6-month manufacturing warranty on all our sunglasses.
Q1: How do I exchange them?
To exchange a product, email us at info@yongerseyewear.ca with your order number and the reason for the exchange. Mail the product back to us. Once we receive the returned item, we’ll collect the original shipment and send you the sunglasses of your choice.
Q2: How long will my exchange process take?
Exchange requests are typically processed within 10-15 business days.
Refunds
Q3: How much will I be refunded?
The maximum refund amount will not exceed the total amount Yongers received for the specific order. We will not refund any amount greater than what was originally credited for the order.
Shipping
Q4: How do I ship back the product?
For both refunds and exchanges, you are responsible for the shipping cost to return the product. Send the package to our HQ using the address we provide after you’ve emailed us about your exchange request.
Exchange & Refund Information
Request Timeline: You must request returns within 7 days of receiving the product.
Condition: All returns must have tags attached and the product must be unused, free from scratches, dust, and tears.
Details Needed: Include your order number, the order date, and the date you received the product.
Packaging: Ensure the return package is securely sealed. We are not responsible for any damage that occurs during transit, and our policy will no longer apply if the product is damaged in return shipping.
Evaluation: Returns will be evaluated by our dedicated team at Yongers. Their decision on acceptance or rejection will be final.
Additional Requirements:
The product should not have scratches, bent or twisted frames, and all screws or embedded parts should be intact. Return the product with the original box, instructions, guarantee, and any extra or complimentary items. The refund or exchange process will only begin after we receive the product in the condition specified above.
Options for Return or Exchange:
You can either get a refund or exchange the product for a voucher.
If exchanging for a product of higher value, you’ll need to pay the difference.
If exchanging for a product of lower value, no difference will be refunded.
Communication will be made via email or phone number provided by you. The company is not responsible for incorrect or misleading contact details.
You have 7 days to confirm your decision. If we do not receive communication from you within this period, your opportunity for a refund, return, or exchange will lapse.
Refund Processing: Refunds are processed within 30 working days. Additional time may be required for the funds to be credited to your account.
